THERAPY IN CLINICS

Among the 14 indications recognized by the UHMS, HBOT is most frequently used in the treatment of diabetic wounds, delayed radiation injuries (radiotherapy against cancer) and carbon monoxide poisoning.

Several studies tend to show that HBOT is an economical and efficient treatmentgiven that it reduces hospitalization time, the number of surgeries required (prevention of amputations in some cases of diabetic wounds), the number of recurrences and that it improves the quality of life of patients.

The HematoCare™ is CE certified as a Class IIb medical device for clinical use. It is particularly suitable as a complementary monoplace chamber to a multiplace chamber. It can prevent stopping a treatment course if an emergency arises. In addition, its features make the device adapted for hospitals or clinics where space is limited.
